To end the week, I started off by telling myself: You are a beautiful, hard-working, and you deserve a lazy time. Treat yourself. Here are some of my favorite things to do on a Sunday morning to rejuvenate for the upcoming week.
Take time to make breakfast
Spending a few more minutes creating a meal that will both satisfy you, and make your body thank you, is perhaps the best way to start off you lazy day! It could be oatmeal, smoothie, vegan french toast or some banana pancakes. You decide!
Schedule the upcoming week
By planing ahead you will reduce your overall stress level throughout the week! Schedule your schoolwork, meals, work days and free time. I promise it will make you more productive and happier.
Whether it is a poem, a song, a drawing or you plant something in your garden.
Just get creative!
Get some fresh air
Some of the major impacts of fresh air is better digestion, improved blood pressure and heart rate, stronger immune system, cleaner your lungs, more energy and a sharper mind. Even if its just for five minutes a day, get outside the door and breath in some fresh air.
Meditation reduces stress, improves concentration, it encourages a healthy lifestyle, increases self-awareness and happiness, it slows aging and improves overall health. Start by meditation for a minute a day, and increase the time slowly everyday!
