Vegan hot chocolate

One of the first thing I made vegan was hot chocolate. So many people thinks its hard to find vegan alternatives to this drink, but this is such an amazing and simple recipe that you are going to want to make it everyday!

1. Fill your mug with 0,5 dl plant milk ( I prefer almond milk as it is sweet and smooth)

2. Add about 2 tablespoons of cacao, you can add more to make it more bitter 

3. Mix the two together on the stove - medium heat

4. When its a smooth mix/ drink add about 2 tablespoons of maple sirup or agave

5. Add cinnamon and wait for the mix to heat up

Extra: Fill your mug, and top it with som vegan cream and/or gelatin-free marshmallows
